Cancellation by Customer or GoGetIndia Admin

Cancellation by Customer

          1. You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up before the order is 'submitted'.
          2. You as a customer can cancel the order after the order submission but before receiving the product or service that is in the shipping or transit stage, then you need to call the HelpDesk or visit 'contact us' to cancel the order. We will refund the money through the payment gateway in 10 business days to your credit/debit card or any other payment method with which you paid. We will not charge any cancellation fees.
          3. Following product types are NON returnable : Medicinal Products, Grocery, Body Wash, SOAP, Lotions, Beauty Products and Cosmetics  
          4. For Lifestyle Clothing products, there might be colour difference between product image in website and actual product delivered. If the colour difference is within range of 5 to 10% then, the product will NOT be returnable.
          5. You as a customer can cancel the order after the order submission but after receiving the product or service, then you need to call the helpdesk or visit 'contact us' to cancel the order.
            1. If the products delivered are damaged fully or partially, then Helpdesk will determine how much money will be refunded. The money will be returned through e-transfer or some other payment method after discussion. We will not charge any cancellation fees. The products will be not picked up by shipping companies or helpdesk.
            2. If the products are not damaged and are in good condition, then Helpdesk will arrange for picking up the products through shipping companies or helpdesk.  Also the full money through our payment gateway to your credit/debit card or any other payment method with which you paid in 10 business days. We will not charge any cancellation fees.

Cancellation by GoGetIndia Admin

Orders may be canceled by the GoGetIndia Admin or HelpDesk in any of the following cases:

                  1. If it is suspected any fraudulent transaction by any customer, or
                  2. If it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a transaction which defies or violates these Terms and Conditions/Terms of Use/User Agreement of using the website, or
                  3. In case of unavailability of product(s) before or after order submission and order payment, or
                  4. For any reason outside the control of the GoGetIndia Admin including causes for delivery-related logistical difficulties, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.

For such cancellations, the GoGetIndia Admin will refund the payment, if any, made by you under the relevant order within 10 business days.

Further, while precautions are taken to ensure accuracy of product specifications, the details of a product as reflected on the Marketplace may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors, or incorrect product information provided to the GoGetIndia Admin through a third-party seller and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the GoGetIndia Admin. In such an event, the GoGetIndia Admin will cancel your order and refund the money in 10 business days.

We will maintain a list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users/customers and reserve the right to deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them in the future.

 

Return & Refund Policy

                  1. The GoGetIndia website has a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all users who have purchased a product on the website to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product.
                  2. In case you are not available at delivery to check the quality of the product(s), you may raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.
                  3. To pass feedback to the merchants to improve the services, it is mandatory to share the images of the items which you were dissatisfied with. We may take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note/ coupon in lieu of the value of the return products. Such credit shall be available for use against a subsequent invoice for transactions on the Marketplace.
                  4. You may request for a refund/replacement within 5 business days of delivery, for products with all original tags & packaging intact in case of any quality issues. It is also requested that a user should check if the product seal is intact (i.e. not broken) while accepting the order to avoid any kind of damage related complaints post-delivery.
                  5. Further, it is clarified that for appliances, electronic, and cookware products, no returns shall be accepted post 10 business days of delivery and the user should get in touch with the Brand/Manufacturer with the original invoice given at the time of delivery from the Society.

Please note: Few items listed may or may not carry a seller warranty to which GoGetIndia will support basic return policy.
